Each company in the KODENSHI Group is managed as an independent business entity, focusing on bringing out the best of their respective specialized operations. Japan is the home base for KODENSHI and this is where the core research and development is carried out. The affiliated company in Korea also carries out application development and operates a large-scale line for wafer post processing. Since its establishment in 1992, the affiliated company in China has undertaken the production activities of KODENSHI that involve production on a large scale. This Asian tri-polar production system has enabled KODENSHI to establish a smooth supply system to global markets. The driving force behind this international division of labor is KODENSHI's high quality of human resources development. KODENSHI did not simply move its production bases overseas; it continues to actively participate in staff education at various overseas plants.
