Feature

• "HL602" is 850nm GaAlAs IRED mounted in COB package with epoxy-lens. 
• "HL602" has narrow beam angle ( ±5°), and is able to solder in the back of PC board.
• "HL602" is 3.2x1.7x2.05 COB package with epoxy-lens.
• "HL602" is using Lead free package.
